Duality Systems Receives State Grant to Advance AI-Powered Optimization Platform in Healthcare and Defense

Duality Systems is proud to announce it has been awarded a $250,000 Early-Stage Capital and Retention grant through the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) Advanced Industries. Accelerator program. This funding will accelerate the development of Balance Scheduler, our flagship AI driven workforce and resource optimization platform designed for mission-critical environments in healthcare and defense.

The Early-Stage Capital and Retention grant supports businesses commercializing innovative and disruptive technologies in the advanced industries that will be created or manufactured in Colorado. These grants help promote the growth and sustainability of advanced industries across the state by driving innovation and commercialization that move this vital part of the Colorado economy forward.

Duality Systems was awarded $250,000 to expand its Colorado-based team, enhance Balance Scheduler’s product capabilities, and increase its presence at critical industry events. The company will hire several Colorado-based employees into full-time roles, supporting its contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense as well as healthcare and manufacturing clients. The project is projected to increase revenue by 300% over the next three years and double the number of full-time Colorado based employees.
