Global Presence:
We kicked off 2024 by joining Colorado’s delegation to the Arab Health Conference in Dubai, where we showcased our Balance Scheduler to an international audience. The event validated the global need for our innovative workforce optimization and scheduling solutions. We’re excited to return in January 2025!
Focusing on Well-Being:
At ViVE Health in Los Angeles, we highlighted our commitment to improving nurse well-being and retention. This aligns with our broader mission to combat burnout through automated, optimized, and personalized scheduling technology.
Engaging with Leadership:
Our partnership with VenSearch opened doors to influential C-suite leaders at the Rise20 Leadership Event in Nashville, where we connected with health systems navigating workforce challenges.

Supporting National Security:
This year, Duality Systems made strides in aerospace and defense, cementing our role as a critical partner in government operations:
Joined Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) Membership Event and Space Industry Days (Los Angeles), engaging with new customers in satellite scheduling and defense innovation.
Attended the Air Force Association Warfare Symposium (Denver) and Air, Space, and Cyber Conference (Washington, D.C.), strengthening connections with Air Force and Space Force leadership.
Pioneering AI for Defense:
Launched a Phase II SBIR project with the US Space Force, optimizing satellite sensor and crew scheduling.
Began work with US Space Command’s Joint Commercial Operations Cell, enhancing scheduling and training/certification tracking for their international watch floor teams.
Partnered with key companies to address upcoming US Space Force Test and Training Center needs for resource and crew optimization.
